Green Star
It's fascinating how many stages it covers, from pre-design all the way through construction and operations. Lately, I've been unwinding with a puzzle game called Block Blast, and there's something so satisfying about the logic of clearing rows and keeping the board from filling up - a different kind of "green" effort, I suppose! Given how detailed this Green Star tool is, do you think its assessment capabilities extend to integrating with, or even influencing, smart building technologies for real-time environmental optimization?
