I’m posting this to warn others and hopefully prevent more people from falling into the same trap. I was scammed out of £15,700 through what I later discovered is a classic romance / crypto pig-butchering scam. I met an Asian woman named “Zoe,” age 27, on the dating app Boo. After a short time, she deleted her Boo account (I deleted mine as well), and we moved our conversation to WhatsApp. Over about three weeks, she gradually introduced me to cryptocurrency trading. I had no prior experience and was initially very skeptical. She sent me a link to a trading platform: 👉 https://cheureux.com/ The site already looked suspicious—poor design, broken pages, and even the privacy policy wouldn’t load—but I ignored the red flags. I started with £300, buying USDT via Crypto.com. She then sent me specific trade instructions on WhatsApp (exact times and amounts). Seeing “profits” on the platform, I continued depositing funds, eventually investing around £10,000. Later, she pressured me to trade Bitcoin and Ethereum, claiming each required a minimum of 10,000 USDT. The platform displayed a balance showing roughly 84,000 USDT in profit. I was told I could withdraw the next day. That’s when the problems started. To withdraw, I was asked to pay 5,700 USDT for “advanced membership verification.” I paid 3,700 USDT, and she claimed she paid the remaining 2,000 USDT. Then the platform said her contribution was invalid because it didn’t come from my wallet—so withdrawals were blocked. I then paid the full 5,700 USDT myself. The next day, they demanded another 2,000 USDT for an “instant withdrawal,” claiming she had already helped me add it and I just needed to match it from my own wallet. That’s when I finally realized it was a scam. After researching online, I confirmed this was a pig-butchering scam. I quickly went back to Google to search for a recovery expert and found many reviews about Intelligence Cyber Wizard and how they've helped so many victims.
