This report was commissioned by Outdoor Industry Association to serve as a reference document to provide OIA members, and any other interested stakeholders, with context to help them understand and interpret the findings contained in the “Chemistry for Any Weather” report released by Greenpeace in October 2012 on the use of PFC’s in outdoor apparel.
