- Ensure that Materials, Chemicals and Other Goods, used or supplied for the fabrication, manufacture or processing of LS&CO. labeled and/or distributed products, comply with the applicable chemical content and chemical exposure laws of every governmental jurisdiction in which those products are fabricated, manufactured, processed or distributed; and
- Protect the health and safety of consumers and others handling LS&CO. labeled and/or distributed finished products.
