The 2017 Retail Sustainability Management Report summarizes retailers' current progress along the RILA's Retail Sustainability Management Leadership Model. For each dimension of the Model, we report not only retailers' current progress, but also the retailers' outlook for 2019. This year's report introduces an additional element—the Retail Industry's Materiality Assessment—to help hone the most material issues to the industry by providing a snapshot of retailers' priorities and the priorities of relevant stakeholders to the industry.
