Renewable Energy Strategy

CURRENT STATE 
The company does not currently have a company-wide energy strategy, all renewable decisions are made ad hoc and opportunities are missed or not developed fully. 

GOAL STATE 
The desired outcome is a detailed analysis of opportunity and risk, including financial, to be assessed in the pursuit of renewables in our energy mix. This can then be used to build the business case for integrating renewables into our portfolio at a faster rate. 

DELIVERABLES 
An overview of the renewable energy market in the next ten years and how the Company can best navigate the buying and using of renewables to best power our sites and remain fiscally responsible.
